    Walked up to the party section, got ignored by staff while they were talking to each other and ignoring us even when we were right in front of them.

    But we're happy to serve another lady that had to ask for service, and it seemed like it was a burden for them to have to talk to to her and serve her.

    You shouldn't have to chase down retail staff to get help they should ask you if you need help.
    It's common courtesy and why they call it "customer service".

    Not much of that in the party section.
